Returns & refunds

1. Return Window

• You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice intact.
• Customised or personalised bags, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, arrange reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
3. Once the product passes quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Exchanges

You may request a different colour or exchange, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• After approval and inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and typically reflect within an additional 3–5 business days.
• If payment is debited but an order fails or is not confirmed, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method within T+5 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery. Contact us immediately with your order number.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Delivery

If an order is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve it.
