Fréshaura is a design-led business engaged in the sale of bags and related accessories, operating from Studio 4B, Kala House, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050, India.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and Pricing

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to photography and screen display.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before processing payment or shipment.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm the order and successfully process payment. We may refuse or cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method in such cases.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store card or banking credentials; these are handled directly by the payment gateway.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
